Mother Tounge is a fortune wheel that randomly generates the phonetic alphabet, a standardized representation of the sounds
of spoken language. As it rotates the wheel gives binary values which trigger the phonemes. As a performance the sounds are
then spoken by the performer as answers to questions from the audience.
